Coldwater Manor is a 42 bed long term care facility that accepts Private Pay, Private Insurance, Long Term care Insurance and Medicaid. Our care team provides resident-focused care 24 hours a day through the use of a licensed and certified staff and offer activities that encourage and maintain our residents quality of life.  Our team at Coldwater Manor is led by a Licensed Facility Administrator, Director of Nursing, Business Office Manager, Maintenance staff, Housekeeping and Laundry staff, a Certified food service manager and Licensed Social Worker to provide the highest level of services to our residents.
